Do your cleaners communicate fluently in English?
Yes, all of our Cleaning Team speak fluent English, and most have English as their first language.
Who provides the cleaning materials and equipment?
We do. All you need to provide is access, water and power supply.
When can I contact you?
You can contact us 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
Do you clean before or after working hours?
We can provide cleaning services at any time, whenever you need. Please note:For OH&S reasons it’s better to provide your cleaning either before or after your regular work hours, but if you want us onsite ASAP, we’ll be there.
Will you remove glasses, cups etc. off desks and wash them?
Yes. We can also unload and re-load your dishwasher for a nominal fee. Just mention that you need this extra service when we provide you with a quote.
Can you supply us with clean tea towels each week?
Yes these and other materials can be supplied for a nominal fee as required.
Do you use environmentally friendly cleaning products?
Yes. Our cleaning products are non-hazardous. Most of them are also environmentally friendly and bio-degradable. Important:Please let us know if you want us to use a particular product to clean your office.
Are your staff fully trained and qualified cleaners?
Yes, our employees are fully trained cleaners who also have regular ongoing in-house training from The White Lotus Team.
Is the cleaning equipment you use tested and tagged for O.H.S?
Yes, we systematically test our cleaning equipment every 6 months for our safety and that of our clients.
Do you have public liability insurance?
Yes, we have public liability insurance to the amount of $20,000,000.00
How does the quoting process work?
We will visit your site to discuss your requirements. We then design a cleaning program to suit your needs and budget. You’ll receive the quote within 24 hours of us visiting your site.
How much notice should I give my current cleaning company?
It all depends on the contract you signed with them, it can be anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks.
Can I change the cleaning routine after the contract has started?
Yes, no problem at all. Contact us for a new quote and a new price will be allocated. Everything is negotiable, and we’ll adjust our programme to suit your needs.
I want to purchase consumables through The White Lotus Team, how do I know what’s available and what the pricing is?
A consumable list with pricing will be sent to you with our quote.
I want to order a consumable but it isn’t on the list, can you add it to the list?
Yes, let us know what you want to purchase and if we can’t get the exact product, we will get a similar product for you.
What are your trading terms?
Our trading terms are 14 days from the invoice date, with payment due via EFT, automatic direct debit or credit card. Our invoices are electronically sent on the first of the month, and payment is due by the 14th day of the month.
