Continuous Onsite Performance Monitoring and Quality Control

Every job receives a regular inspection from our Quality Control Area Manager who carefully monitors the quality levels at each site, ensuring that any issues that arise are responded to swiftly and appropriately. This quality monitoring system also ensures that any problems are fully and properly resolved.

We also include Customer Log Books on every site – You may leave instructions for the White Lotus Team, and our team members will note any unusual conditions they have observed or maintenance issues that may require your attention. Our Customer Log Book is reviewed and signed each night by the person responsible for providing your cleaning service.
